Lead daily operations in a busy day service environment
Coordinate staff, rostering, and service delivery flow
Drive quality, safety, and participant outcomes
Your Impact
This is a hands-on coordination role in a busy day service where no two days are the same. You’ll be right in the daily flow—ensuring participants are supported, staff are in place, and the service runs safely and consistently.
The Role
Working alongside another Service Coordinator and the Day Service Manager, you’ll help maintain the operational rhythm of the service. This is not a back-office role—you’ll be active in staffing, service delivery, and real-time problem solving.
You’ll know what good looks like in a busy disability service and be confident responding to whatever the day brings.
What you’ll be doing:
Coordinating daily service delivery and staff coverage
Managing rosters and responding to changes as they happen
Supporting and guiding Support Workers and Senior Support Workers
Keeping participant plans, notes, and documentation up to date
Handling incidents, issues, and escalation calmly and quickly
Working closely with families and stakeholders where needed
