OUR APPROACH
Our approach is consultative, structured, and research-led.
We begin by developing a clear understanding of the organisation, role, and broader sector context.
We then design and execute a targeted search strategy combining market mapping, direct outreach, and structured candidate assessment.
Throughout the process, we provide clear communication and practical insight into market conditions and candidate availability.
This ensures organisations can make informed and confident hiring decisions at every stage.
EXECUTIVE SEARCH
We support organisations with senior and leadership appointments where capability and cultural alignment are critical.
Our search process is designed to identify high-quality candidates across both active and passive talent markets, ensuring access to the strongest available talent.
We focus on roles where the quality of appointment has a direct impact on organisational performance and outcomes.
SPECIALIST RECRUITMENT
We deliver recruitment across operational, fundraising, finance, program, and specialist roles within the for-purpose sector.
We work closely with organisations to ensure candidates are assessed against both technical capability and organisational context.
Our aim is to deliver well-matched appointments that support long-term stability and performance.
RESEARCH-LED TALENT IDENTIFICATION
Our search methodology is underpinned by structured research and market intelligence.
We map talent markets, engage directly with candidates, and leverage sector networks to identify individuals not always visible through traditional recruitment channels.
This enables access to broader and higher-quality candidate pools.
WHAT ORGANISATIONS VALUE IN OUR WORK
Structured and transparent search processes
High-quality shortlists aligned to capability and culture
Clear communication throughout each assignment
Market insight to support confident hiring decisions
Reduced burden on internal teams
