BEYOND RECRUITMENT: THE EXPERTISE BEHIND OUR COLLABORATOR NETWORK

Building a successful for-purpose organisation takes more than finding and appointing the right people.

Strong leadership, effective governance, capable teams and a clear sense of direction all play an important role in organisational performance and long-term impact. And sometimes, the expertise needed to address a particular challenge sits outside the organisation's existing team.

That's why we've brought together a trusted network of collaborators at Social Impact Careers, extending the support we can offer clients beyond recruitment.

Working across human resources, leadership, career development and governance, our collaborators bring complementary expertise and practical experience to the challenges facing organisations in the social impact sector.
