    You will shape the financial sustainability and digital future of a purpose-driven organisation supporting diverse communities. As a key member of the executive team, you’ll drive strategy, strengthen governance, and lead transformation that enhances service delivery, operational efficiency, and long-term impact.

    The Role

    Reporting to the CEO, you will lead Finance and IT, combining strategic financial leadership with digital innovation. Working closely with the COO, you’ll deliver organisation-wide improvements that support growth and service excellence.


    Key responsibilities include:

    • Leading financial strategy, planning, and performance monitoring

    • Driving digital transformation and IT capability uplift

    • Strengthening governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks

    • Improving systems, processes, and operational efficiency

    • Building and leading high-performing Finance and IT teams

    • Managing relationships with funders, government, and key stakeholders

    What You Bring

    • Senior financial leadership experience with a strong strategic lens

    • Expertise in financial sustainability, investment, and risk management

    • Experience leading or partnering on digital and IT transformation

    • Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and regulated environments

    • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and executive leadership capability

    • Background in aged care, health, disability, or community services

    • CA/CPA qualification (essential), with relevant tertiary qualifications
